Sunflower Creative Media llc retains ownership and copyright of all images and reserves the right to use all photos for the purpose of promoting it's business. Sunflower Creative Media llc will not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer’s use of the images. Realtor may not resell, relicense, redistribute or edit the photos without express written permission from Sunflower Creative Media llc.
